Makeup Monday – Random Stuff

The Touch Of Tay Blog

Written while wondering how it’s already Monday again.

It might be the worst day of the week, but at least it’s Makeup Monday. Touch of Tay is all about making your Monday suck less. You’re welcome.

Yesterday I went to Ulta with my mom and sister and picked up some really random products. Although it is Makeup Monday I want to try out some product that aren’t technically makeup. My makeup collection has taken on a mind of its own, and I really need to get control of it. So in the meantime let’s ignore the fact that this blog title is Makeup Monday and has nothing to do with Makeup, thank you.

I have really been into doing face masks lately since my skin has been acting like a complete diva and breaking out all over the place. While at Ulta I picked up four masks that I have never tried before. If you would like to see a full review on these, let a girl know in the comments.

I am super excited to try out these masks and be pampered af.

I told you I bought really random stuff. Before you freak out, I did not pay full price for these nail polishes and never would. These bad boys sell for $15/each, and your homegirl is not down with that. Who ever thought it was OK to sell nail polish for $15 is smoking something. Ulta was having a sale on specific colors for $7.50/each, that my sister, mom, and I hunted down.

  • Butter London Nail Lacquer – Toff
  • Butter London Nail Lacquer – Trout Pout (I couldn’t find this color on the Ulta website)

I put the Toff on last night and do really love the color, but I don’t think the formula or packaging was anything super extraordinary to justify spending $15 on it.

All those Simply Nailogical videos are clearly paying off.

I hope you enjoyed this post and remember to leave a comment or like this post (if you’re lazy like me) if you want to see a review on the masks. Stay beautiful and I’ll see you soon!
