Currently Loving!

The Touch Of Tay Blog

Writing while making weekend plans.

You have made if half way through the week, congrats! Listed below are some products I have loved for the past few months, and you guys need to know about them!

I was at a friends house a few months back and noticed she had an essential oils diffuser we got to talking about it, and I made up my mind that I was going to buy one. I went to Amazon and did my reached on an inexpensive one (some can get very expensive) that would require little to no matinees. I came across the Radha Beauty for $23.99 and was sold on it. Click here to find out all the details.

I fill the base of the diffuser up and put 12 drops of lavender and turn it on to the function that it will run until the water is gone. I turn the diffuser on around 10pm, and it will shut off around 6am. So it has about 8 hours of life if you fill the water to the max.

I absolutely love how this smells and helps me relax when I am trying to go to bed and keeps me sleeping through the night. I have nothing about essential oils so I just stick to the lavender, and I am perfectly content.

I am not sure why it has taken me this long to find this magical bra, but I am so glad I finally did! My sister has told me about this bar 100 times, but I never was really interested until they relaunched the new design for the Body. I got the push-up kind and literally fell in love! I went back the next day and bought another one that is how much I love this bra. It is very comfortable and soft, and when you buy it in the tan color, you can wear it under everything. These retail at $46.50 and I always get coupons for $10 off.

Tay’s Tip: If you are new to buying bras at VS I would suggest going up a size in the band, for example, I wear at 34C at most places but at VS I wear a 36C. When you first buy the bra wear it on the loosest clip and as the bra stretches you can tighten in.

If you follow my blog you know that I have recently just changed jobs which can be a very stressful event. Reading the book Who Moved My Cheese really helped me through the stress and emotions of everything. This book is very very very popular, and it has been referenced in just about everything, and I am sure you have heard of it or have read it yourself but if you haven’t, I strongly suggest it. It helps you adapt to change better and helps you understand why change is a positive and not a negative. I read this entire book in two hours; it is a very easy read.

Have a wonderful second half of your week, mawhhhh!
